If you're not satisfied with your product or changed your mind, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
To start the process, email [email protected] with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
In accordance with the Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may request a refund for manufacturing defects, functional issues, or shipping damage within 30 days of delivery.
Email [email protected] with your full name, order number, and evidence of the defect (photos or video). We’ll review your case and refund the amount using the original payment method. No extra cost will be charged.
For returns due to dissatisfaction, the customer covers the shipping cost. For defective or damaged items, ShopinistaMeta covers the return cost.
