🔁 Return for dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with your product or regret your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt.

• The product must be in good condition and free of misuse damage.
• It must retain its original packaging without signs of abuse.
• Send an email to [email protected] with your full name and order number.
• The refund will be processed within 5 business days after receiving the returned product, using the same payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

⚠️ Return for defective or damaged product

According to the Federal Consumer Protection Law, you may request a refund for manufacturing defects, failures, or damages within 30 days of delivery.

Send an email with your name, order number, and evidence of the defect (photos or video). The refund will be made at no additional cost.

📦 How to return the product

• For dissatisfaction returns, the customer covers the shipping cost.
• For defective or damaged products during transport, ShopinistaMeta covers the cost.
• After submitting your request, you will receive an authorization code and a shipping guide by email.
• The product must include original packaging, labels, accessories, and additional items.
